Since our fixtures are built to order our lead time varies. We encourage you to plan your order well in advance. The processing of your order will begin upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be invoiced and is due net 10 days prior to delivery. Payments may be made by check or credit card.
All prices are exclusive of shipping and handling, sales tax, and any other applicable charges. If required, Common Carrier shipping fees will include crating and insurance. Modifications of dimensions or materials made at the request of the buyer will affect the price. Due to fluctuations in the cost of our materials, we reserve the right to change catalog prices without notice.
Most chandeliers, ceiling fixtures, and pool table lights require additional support so it is important to anticipate the exact location for each fixture. Detailed information on size, weight, and installation requirements is available by request. Installation of all fixtures is the responsibility of the client.
All finishes and sculpting of items manufactured by Wild West Designs,
inc. are individually hand made. All drawings or pictures shown in the
catalog or proposal are subject to artistic interpretation, structural
adjustments and possible architectural or mechanical changes. All drawings
and designs are the property of Peter M. Fillerup and may not be used or
duplicated without written permission from Peter M. Fillerup.
